(7/20/07) After many months of preparation, The Who Show shot a promotional live performance video on a in a large theater stage in Van Nuys, CA. Produced by the band, the video footage was shot simlutaneously on three 24p DV cameras and one HD camera by a crew directed by Jeff Stein, director of the legendary 1979 THE WHO Rock Documentary THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT (and personal friend of THE WHO). The band was thouroughly miked like a live show, and the audio was mixed direct to stereo DAT produced by The Who Show bassist Joel Pelletier and engineered by Brian Soucy. The band was shot performing in classic early-1970’s era THE WHO costume with classic THE WHO instruments and gear, with concert lighting and smoke machines, recreating classic THE WHO hits including WON’T GET FOOLED AGAIN, PINBALL WIZARD, THE REAL ME, MY GENERATION, SPARKS and BABA O’REILY.
